Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TolHouse Member mobile application ("App"), owned and operated by TolHouse ("Company"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Membership
1.1. Membership Eligibility: To use the App, you must be a registered member of TolHouse.
1.2. Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for a TolHouse Member account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3. Membership Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership and access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

2. Use of the App

You are solely responsible for the Content you post on the App, and you agree not to post any Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of others.
